On a clear day, flying to Guernsey offers spectacular views across the Bailiwick.

From the sandy shores of Herm's Shell Beach to La Coupee in Sark, you can get a little taster of what’s in store on the ground, from the air. Guernsey flights from London Gatwick take only 45 minutes, with those from regional airports taking upwards of 30 minutes. Regular flights operate from major UK airports all year round, as well as some seasonal services from destinations further afield.

The current airport opened in 2004 and is modern and user-friendly. It has both a taxi rank and a bus stop which runs a service from the terminal to destinations around the island. Flying is still the quickest way to get to the Channel Islands, giving you more time to enjoy your time in the Bailiwick.
